Flights and paddles are CNC-cut, press-formed or helicoid-rolled, then fixtured and welded to precision-machined shafts. Final assemblies can be dynamically balanced, polished to sanitary standards when required, and delivered ready for drop-in installation.

Outside Diameter Range Min: 2 in, Max: 120 in Customer spacer arms support double-ribbon sets concentric to the drive shaft.
Ribbon / Paddle Length (single section) 40 ft. Longer assemblies supplied in match-marked spools with flanged couplings.
Ribbon Flight Width Min: 0.125 in, Max: 24 in Widths selected for desired residence-time and shear characteristics.
Clearance to Trough Wall 0.25 in Standard build ≤ 0.25 in; tighter tolerances achievable for high-efficiency blenders.
Material & Finish Options 304 / 316L stainless – polished or bead-blast; A36 / 1045 carbon steel – epoxy-coated or galvanized; AR400 wear plate paddles; Nickel alloys (Hastelloy®, Inconel®) on request Electropolish and passivation available for pharmaceutical service.
