We fabricate single-, double-, and paddle-style mixing screws for ribbon blenders, paddle mixers, and agitator troughs.
Flights and paddles are CNC-cut, press-formed or helicoid-rolled, then fixtured and welded to precision-machined shafts. Final assemblies can be dynamically balanced, polished to sanitary standards when required, and delivered ready for drop-in installation.

- AWS D1.6 stainless & D1.1 carbon welding; optional ISO G6.3 dynamic balance
- Food- and pharma-grade polish to ≤ 32 µin Ra with full material traceability
